Rates are in Canadian dollars: 

                                            The cottage is only available from June to October.  

                                           **** Please note there is a 5 person maximum****

 

  $1000 /week (7 Nights): July 1^st to Labor Day. (Saturday to Saturday) (Minimum of 1 week)

  $750 /week ($110/Night): Spring and fall.

  $300 deposit per week is required for a reservation.

  Full balance is due one month prior to arrival date.

  Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM

                                          Reservation Procedure

 

  1.  Click above to check cottage availability for the weeks or nights you are looking to rent.

  2.  Send me an email (click link below) indicating how many weeks or nights you would like,

       and how many people will be in your family or group. (5 person maximum).

  3.  I will then send you information (name and address) to write out and send a $300 deposit cheque

       in the mail.

  4.  Upon receiving your cheque, I will notify you and confirm your reservation.

  5.  One month prior to your arrival date you will need to send the final balance; upon receiving your cheque

       I will send you the directions, location of the cottage key, and some maps.

                                                                  Deposit Policies:

 

We require a deposit of $300 for a reservation. If we receive notice of a change in your plans 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, we will be happy to refund your deposit. If less than 30 days advance notice is received, the deposit is not refundable.
