Basic Info About Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Information you find on the web and especially about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is often controversial and sometimes erroneous. For instance, in the pdf All About ME treatment recommendations include GET (graded exercise therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). There is a growing concensus that neither help CFS patients and in fact, can be harmful. When doing research on this disease, be mindful of the latest recommendations.
