Limiting use, disclosure and retention of information: We will not use or disclose information for purposes other than those for which it was collected. We shall retain information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

Security safeguards: We will protect information by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. All emails and attachments will be free of virus contamination prior to issuance.

Openness concerning policies and practices: We shall make readily available to customers specific information about its policies and practices relating to the management of information.

Removal compliance: A recipient shall be able to address a removal request to the designated person or persons accountable for our company’s compliance with the Code and that recipient’s information will be deleted from our files within 5 business days of their request.
