Irish Language

• Daltai na Gaeilge A non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and teaching the Irish language with sound bites.

• Ann's Place of Irish Dance in my opinion is the best. It has history, timing of the dances (for the musically inclined), FAQ's, and a list of all the schools and teachers certified in the world. Check out the "scoil" nearest you. Also, if you're in the market for dance supplies or gifts check out the links.

  Other Irish Links

• The Irish Heritage Club is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization that organizes and promotes activities of an Irish cultural nature in the Seattle area. These activities include performances of Irish music, Irish dancing, Irish language, Irish history, Gaelic games, and cultural exchanges with our Sister City of Galway, Ireland. They also sponsor concerts, plays, lectures, movies, as well as parties and other social events.
• The Traditional Sessions where musicians go and have fun playing Irish music!
• Fado's Irish Pub in Seattle has weekly music sessions on Sundays. All musicians, those wishing to be musicians, or those who just enjoy good music are welcome.
• Kell's Irish Pub, Seattle is also a great place to eat, drink, and listen to Irish music.
