Volunteer All-Call

The biggest thing that we want from various groups interested in contributing is VOLUNTEERS.

Volunteers to help with the fundraising (like mad)

Volunteers to help recruit vendors and demonstrations

Volunteers to work the Welcome Table in short, 2-3 hour shifts
- These volunteers would need to attend short organizational meetings

We also need the following:

Volunteers to run "drop games"--one shots of a variety of systems open to having random con-goers sign up to play

Volunteer to come to the site early and help the vendors set up, to set up the welcome table

Demonstration Form

This form is for you to tell us what kind of demonstration our vendors--or independent GMs--are planning to run. Please let us know if you have any special needs for your demonstration, or if you are planning on running your demonstration after 5pm so we can make arrangements in another room.
