Prince's Laws

"I, Elliott Thatch, childe of Lothar Constantine, Prince of Svannah do hereby declare unto all within my domain these laws:"

1. "The Masquerade. Thou shalt not reveal thyselves to any kine or other supernatural race, nor shall thou leave any trace of your feedings. We are a mere few with many enemies and those who would endanger their kindred shall be removed from their sight"
2. "Domain. I declare, as my domain, everything within the boundaries of the county of Chatham, including Savannah and the surrouding townships. I also claim domain over mortal media within my domain. Your havens are your own, none may trespass there. However, should my laws be broken within your walls, you will be held responsible."
3. "Progeny. None may authorize the creation of new kindred except the Prince. In a small province, such as this, I extend this law to the creation of ghouls and other blood-bound servants."
4. "The Accounting. Your childer and your servants are your own. They are subjected, as are you, to my laws. Any that breech our traditions will be punished accordingly and by your hand. Should you be found compliscent in their actions, you shall be punished, as well, and denied further servants or chidler in this domain."
5. "Hospitality. All kindred who enter my domain must present themselves to me or my Seneschal or they will not exist within the eyes of this domain. Any who find such disparates are obligated to present them to me or remove them form the domain."
6. "Destruction. I and I alone may authorize the destruction of kindred within my domain. While this incoludes , if need be, our servitors, ultimately your ghouls are your own, and if they displease you, then you have the right to ddispose of them as you see fit (provided you do not trespass upon the laws of my domain)."
