| CHARACTER: | A pleasant little stream in a relatively deep valley, with even grade. |
| GAUGE: | Visual. The Prairie River (about 15 miles east) may provide correlation.
I have run this just once at a fair (low-moderate) level. The Prairie gauge was at 820cfs and dropping, from a max of 1930 cfs a few days earlier. |
| SEASON: | Spring flow, or summer thunderstorms. |
| A fairly interesting, continuous easy fun run for anyone in the area when it is high enough. A few good surf waves form, some even have pretty good eddy service! This might be an interesting addition to a trip down the nearby Pine Dells, Prairie Dells, Trappe, etc. |
