Chrysler Building 405 Lexington Avenue, corner of 42nd Street ans Lexington Avenue. The Chrysler building is 1046 fet tall (77 floors). The Architect William van Alen completed the structure in 1930. The lobby uses African marble (mined 200 feet underwater ! ), Moroccan Rouge Flame marble (The walls), Yellow Sienna marble, Italian Marble (Floor), amber onyx and blue marble and has wood inlays all about. Each piece was numbered and cut, which is why you'll see the same viens in the walls.
