Make this cute little Mexican hacienda with a few supplies, a few accessories,
and the following instructions.
  Materials:
- 2 sheets of white foam board (about $2 each)
- 1 sheet of Housework's Mexican-style shingles (about $6)
- Foam board cutter or sharp blade
- Ruler
- DecoArt Sandstones Paint (about $3)
- Glue
- Sewing pins
  Instructions:
Sizes are adjustable
- Cut piece #1 (8in long x 10in high)
- Cut piece #2 (10in long x 10in high)
- Cut piece #3 (5in long x 10in high)
- Cut piece #4 (7in long x 10in high)
- Cut piece #5 (12in long x 10in high)
- Cut base piece (16in long x 18in wide)
- To cut out door piece on piece#2, measure the apex of the door (5in x 7in),
Draw a semicircle for the top part of the door. For the two sides, measure
two lines at either end of the semicircle.
- Sand the edges of the foam board pieces to remove excess foam and bits.
- Glue and pin all the pieces as shown in the model layout. Pin the pieces
at angles to be sure they are secure.
- Make two roof holding-pieces: cut a square 4in x 10 in. Cut the square
in half diagonally. Glue the bottom triangular pieces to the top of the
house (as shown in layout above).
- Glue the roof to these triangular pieces.
- After the layout dries, paint with the special sandstone paint.
