01 January 2001: Busy month

This month sees a lot of activity including rust cutting and bead-blasting. Both sills and panels beneath need replacing.

Does not look like much, but WOOHOO!!! I bolted the first pieces back onto the car!

Long wait but more work being done again. I didn't like my amateurish welding so I had Blue's Engineering re-weld the brake box. Great job!! (Except for my marking out!!)

What a hiatus! Its amazing what no money and a lot of other work can do to a project! But the car rolled out of the garage today and went to have welding, engineers certificate and painting started. Here goes again!

Moving On. Nellie has visited the welders, had the steering column added, seat mounts, seatbelt mounts all professionally fitted. Now off the panel beater to have the back welded on and the painting done.
