So you have your colored logs all rolled and twisted and reduced and then cut in half and then mirrored. Right? Now we cut disks that are about 1/4th inch (1/2 centimeter) thick. This is a nice crisp picture here and you can see how the spots are different but not too wildly distorted, you can see where the two halves of the log mirror each other. Now on to the pasta machine.
