Konnichiwa minna-san! What's up? How are all of you doing? Well if you are reading this, Arigato! This is my first fic, so any hints, tips, or ideas are welcome! Please and thank you! Also sorry if the characters are OOC. It will make sense later! I promise!
Sango, Miroku, Shippo, Kirara and Kaede are in another village helping the villagers. Sango, Miroku, Shippo, and Kirara are taking care of all the ‘ominous clouds’ while Kaede is curing all the sick people so they aren't here when Inu does this. Inu is not there because they didn’t need his help with the ominous clouds. Everyone else will be appearing later in the chapter though!!
Disclaimer: I really wish I owned Inuyasha. I used up all my money wishing in a supposed magic pond, so if you sue me, you will not get any money. But I do have candy! I do own Haru and Hanyou Kagome! SO NO TAKE!

Kag’s POV
I sat on my bed crying more than I had in many years. 'Oh man..How could he do this to me?? After all we have been through! After what he said to me!'
*FLASHBACK!*
"Kagome. I need to tell you something. After all we have been through, I found out that I..love you. I want you to be my mate. Will you?
I had never been happier in my life. “Yes, Inuyasha, I will become your mate.”
“Let’s go to the well and tell your parents the good news.” He picked me up and started rushing to the well.
When he got there, he stopped and started sniffing the air. “…Kikyo…” After he said that he ran off into the Inuyasha Forest.
I sat there looking really sad. ‘Well maybe he just went to tell her that he can’t be with her now that he has me.’ I started running into the forest trying to figure out what he was telling her. When I heard what he said, my heart froze.
“You love me don’t you Inuyasha?” Kikyo purred into his ear.
“Of course I do. I only settled for Kagome because I thought you wouldn’t come back after Naraku took you. Now that you’re here, I can leave her alone and we can happily be together.” As soon as he said that, he claimed Kikyo’s lips with a passionate kiss. I ran back to the well and quickly took out a notepad and started writing furiously, half blinded by tears.
~Everyone I will be going back to my time for most likely forever. Please forgive me. Some current events have me really stress out and I don’t think I can handle being here anymore.
Sango- I will really miss being able to talk to you. You are not only like a best friend to me, but you are also like a big sister. I hope you get to avenge Kohaku. And please give a certain monk a chance.
Miroku- I hope you will defeat Naraku so that the curse doesn’t spread to future generations. And maybe if you stop groping other women, you might stand a chance with Sango.
Shippo- I will miss you, my son, please do a good job of taking care of everyone.
Kaede- Thank you for everything. I will miss you a lot. I always looked up to you like a second mother.
Inuyasha- Gods. What to say? How ‘bout this? I give you my heart and you drop it, crush it, spit on it, and walk away. Please don’t do that to Kikyo. Lord knows if she has a heart.
Kikyo- No hard feelings. The best girl won. Congrats. Have fun with him. Although I don’t think someone as dense as Inuyasha could have too much fun with a pot.
I will miss you guys a lot. Please have a nice life. Hey! Who knows? Maybe I will meet your reincarnations or descendents in my time. Ja.
-Kagome~
I ripped off the page and let it flutter to the ground, along with the spirit of my past, happy self. I would never be the same Kagome. I would make sure no one gets into my heart. As one last reminder of what I couldn’t have, I yelled out a big loud..
"OSUWARI!" Immediately after I jumped into the well never to return. (Or so she thought).
^Inuyasha Forest^
Inu’s POV
After being slammed into the ground, I remembered what I had done to Kagome. Everything I said to Kikyo was true, but I felt like a monster after I realized I toyed with her heart and left her. I quickly ran off towards the well when I remembered Kikyo. Feh. Why bother with Kagome when I had Kikyo. I quickly noticed the suns rays dying when I realized how long I had been without Kikyo. She must’ve been really worried about me! I quickly rushed towards the direction of the village when I heard the sound of the villager Tokan whispering things to the one person I thought I could trust. Kikyo. She giggled like a schoolgirl then followed him into his hut. She betrayed me again. As soon as many powerful smells hit my nose, I all but dashed out into the middle of my forest where I sat at my pond* to think.
‘Kikyo betrayed me again. Now that I think about it, I didn’t love her. They were just childish desires. I had a chance with Kagome. Now I have no one. I am a fool.’
“Hey there stranger! You look a little down in the dumps! Need some help cheering up? I could help ya know.” Someone said from the bushes.
“Why do you need to know? Go away!” I shouted.
“I was just trying to help.” The stranger walked out of the bushes and started sniffing. “By the smell of it, you were heartbroken…again.”
I looked up, and suddenly wished I hadn’t. The demon before me had a beauty that surpassed even Kagome and Kikyo. Combined. I was staring at the way her dark green hair would look had it not been in a short ponytail. The way the sun on her left cheek still glowed a little as the last rays of the sun disappeared completely. I was completely captivated by the way the moon on her right cheek glowed a soft white making her look completely innocent, had I not seen the 3 swords that rested at her side. I must have been staring a while for she said –
“You gonna stay there and stare or start yapping about your problem? By the way. ‘Name’s HaruKawa. Haru for short. You?”
“…Inuyasha…Wait. Why should I tell you about my problems? I don’t even know what you are!”
“Well I’m a demon that’s for sure. But there is actually no name for what I really am. I am part Inu, Angel, and Devil. And I was only trying to help. Excuse me for being considerate. Ja.” She ran off leaving me bewildered.
‘Huh? O well. I must see if Kagome’s okay…not that I’m sure she will take me back.’ I dashed to the well only to find a note and to feel the fading of Kagome’s happy presence. I quickly dashed off towards the direction of the village where the rest of the group were staying and broke the news to them.
“What should I do?” I asked desperately.
“Well Inuyasha, you really screwed up this time. All you can do is try to see if she will forgive you.” Miroku stated calmly from his position on the floor.
“If she doesn’t come back it’s all your fault! I’m gonna beat you up if she’s sad!” Shippo shouted while jumping onto me.
“Get off!” I shouted while throwing Shippo to Sango. “Feh. I’ll be back.” That said, I ran off to the direction of the well and jumped in only to find that it was sealed. ‘Kagome. I’m sorry.. Please forgive me..’
^Kagome’s Time^
Author’s POV
-1 DAY LATER-
“Nee-san! You need to come and eat something! You’ve been cooped up in there all day! If you don’t eat, you’ll get sick! Come and eat! There’s oden!” Kagome’s little brother, Souta called through the door. “Everyone’s worried about you!
“I’m not hungry.” A broken Kagome sobbed out. “Leave me alone!” Kagome had been like this ever since she had come home and sealed the well. She didn’t want to see any of them again. She didn’t want to see anyone at the moment. ‘I hope they’re doing ok. Maybe if I go to the library, I can find something about what happens to them..’ Kagome looked around her room to see what she could do to make it seem like she was still there. She quickly grabbed her coat and stuffed it under her blanket. When she was sure it looked like herself under the covers, she opened her window and climbed down the nearby tree. Sneaking past the kitchen window, she rushed down the shrine steps and to the library. As soon as she was inside, she found the historic section and found the time period of the Sengoku Jidai Era. She started reading, until she got to the chapter of the Shikon Jewel, where she dropped the book. O god…
~The Shikon Jewel is a powerful jewel that has the power to grant wishes. There was a powerful priestess, Kikyo who guarded the jewel. She fell in love with the hanyou-Inuyasha, who then killed her for the jewel. Kikyo shot Inuyasha with an arrow for 50 years. 50 years later, Kikyo’s reincarnation, Kagome Higurashi, can and freed Inuyasha from the spell. The next afternoon, Kagome shattered the jewel and they were stuck on a quest. Later, they met the lecherous monk, Miroku; the baby Kitsune, Shippo; the demon exterminator, Sango; the wolf demon, Kouga; the hanyou, Naraku; and the dead, brought back to life priestess, Kikyo. After meeting and leaving Kouga, Kagome disappeared and was never seen again. About 3 months later, while everyone was still trying to cope with Kagome leaving, Naraku came and killed them, at the same time that they killed him. ~
Kagome sat there in utter shock. ‘They die in a month?! It can’t…! I have to prevent that from happening!’ She raced out of the library and out onto the road, lost in her thoughts. Because of that, she didn’t see or hear the oncoming car that ran into her. She didn’t remember being dragged into an alleyway and left there to die. She also didn’t see the pink/purple tint that covered her or the change in her features. When she came to, she was going to be met with a very awkward surprise, for she was now a hanyou.
