          The results are included in the wrap up in this edition, thanks to the efforts of Dale and Darryl Slight our outgoing Competition Secretary and Chief Judge. 

          As this is a new year we also have the club’s new executive for the coming year have now taken up their positions and I’m sure they will continue to receive the same support shown to the previous years executive. This year looks to one of our best yet with emerging talents and new frontiers being explored in the great variety of kits available in our local market. Unfortunately kit prices are on the increase so I’m glad to have built up a small collection to last me a while. It’s also good to see modellers building kits outside their usual genre. 

         Since this is the first issue for 2001 the content is a bit light on. Our new President, Craig Fowler, has submitted an article on the “Midnight Spares” diorama that was at last years Hobby Expo, as well as some great photos of car models. We also have the usual round up of new kit releases from the Internet - at least the ones I know about. That’s about it for this issue keep those articles coming in and make this magazine a showcase for our club.
