TCG Gemlik was a Gleave type battleship which was launched in 1942 in USA. She was called as U.S.S Lardner and renamed as Gemlik in 1949 when she was owned by Turkish Army. She was taken out of service in 1975.

Material: It was built by carving the full lime tree-stump.

Duration of building: I have finished in 6 months by working approximately 1-2 hours a day.
