Activities
 

Monthly Meetings
 We use this meeting time to vote on important issues, listen to guest speakers, discuss new activity group and service project ideas and to socialize with one another. Guests to our club are welcome at the general meetings to give them the opportunity to meet MOMS Club® members, ask questions, and understand what we're about. Visitors attending a General Meeting for the first or second time are introduced to a "buddy" (an outgoing MOMS Club® volunteer). The "buddy" will sit with the visitor during the meeting and be able to answer any questions that arise. The "buddy" will also introduce the visitor to other Club members with the purpose of making the visitor feel as comfortable as possible. Children (including nursing babies) are always welcome. However, you may also reserve a spot in the child care room for those times you would like to give the guest speaker your undivided attention. Our general business meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month, from 9:30-11:00 am. For more information about location, please contact MOMS Club®.  

Playgroups
 All members are encouraged to join a playgroup. They are organized according to the age of the children - usually within a six month age span. Playgroups meet weekly or bi-weekly at a designated time and place, and generally last 1-2 hours. Our playgroups provide friendship, fun and socialization for children as well as moms. Members of each playgroup select their meeting place and activities based on the personality and ages of the children in the group as well as the needs and desires of the moms. 

MOMS Night Out
Once a month we enjoy a night out with the other moms. Children are welcome to attend if need be, but most moms opt to not bring them.

Recipe Club
The recipe club is a great chance to get together and eat great food cooked by our members! Each month we assign a various cooking theme and bring one dish and recipe from that assigned theme. At the end you have a stack of great recipes to go home and try yourself!

Book Club
Each month a new book is assigned and members get together to discuss the book, let the kids play, and socialize.

Park Day
Once a month a park is chosen for a gathering of moms and children to romp in nature and enjoy each other's company.

Brunch Bunch
Members choose a location and all meet for an early lunch or 'brunch'.

Field Trips
 Field trips are scheduled once a month and generally are to fun locations like zoos, farms, museums etc.
