OnMouse DHTML Navigation Pop

There are 2 ways for the layer menu to disappear:
1. Putting your mouse on the neighbouring links
2. Putting your mouse on the rectangle outline

The rectangle outline is a pic with border on. I left this intentionally on so you know that this is the area that will hide the menu.
