Cooking Recipe Wizard

This wizard will make an html file and write in into your hard drive. But the writing to the hard drive of this online version is disabled because it won't work when loaded from a web server.
This only works for Netscape 4.x and you need Java enabled and will only work when loaded from your hard drive.
The zip file that you will download will have the writing feature activated. The only difference is this line writeToFile(newContent)
So download this wizard first and unzip it. I assume you will unzip this in a directory called c:\recipe.
The mp3 songs are not included here since they will take up too much space.
This is only an entertainment anyway, and has nothing to do with the wizard. You can use your own mp3 files so you can listen to music while you are doing your recipe.
This project was intended for Mrs Speedy who wanted to file her tons of recipes easily without having to use Word.

2 raw green bananas 1 teaspoon black pepper powder salt to taste oil for frying	crab paste fish sauce lemon pepper
Method List it Remove the skin from bananas and cut into about Ľ inch thick slices in a crosswise manner. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the slices until crisp. Remove from frying pan and place on a plate covered with paper towels. Sprinkle salt & pepper over the fried slices while they are hot. Serve with tomato ketchup.

1 pound lean beef, cut 3x2 inches 1 pound lean pork, cut 3x2 inches 1 ham bone 1 small chicken (2 to 3 pounds) cut up 1 teaspoon peppercorns salt to taste 8 cups water 1 large, or 4 very small onions, quartered 1 teaspoon minced garlic 3 bouillon cubes 6 sprigs parsley, tied in a bundle (to discard later) 1 bay leaf 1/2 pound green beans, tied in a bundle 2 leeks, cut in 3 inch lengths and tied in a bundle 3 carrots, cut in 3 inch lengths and tied in a bundle red potatoes (8 small or 2 large, quartered) small cabbage, cut in wedges

Method List it
In a deep pot, cook together the first 12 ingredients. Simmer until meats are almost tender, skimming off fat as it rises to top. Add the remaining 5 vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Remove meat and vegetables with a slotted spoon and arrange attractively in sections on a large platter. Serve soup on the side to be dished out in soup bowls.
