February 7th - Weigh-in


Ahh the end of four weeks.  Time has pretty much flown since Sunday, and I'm very tired.  I had weigh in last night - I lost 400gms, less than I would like (of course) but I'm still making
progress in the right direction.  I'm also still noticing that I have far more energy than I used to, and all this makes me happy.  I'm very very tired tonight because we were out late last night, so my head is feeling a little muddled.  I certainly don't have any great wisdom to spout into my journal. 

Life is good, that's enough.
