June 6, 2005 - Stella Artois Grass Court Championship - Queen's Club - London - Jeff lost in the final round of Qualifying in three sets, however is in the Main Draw as a Lucky Loser (This means Jeff was the highest ranked player to lose in the final round of Qualifying, and a player previously accepted into the Main Draw has withdrawn). Jeff will play (WC) James Blake (USA) in the first round on Tuesday.

June 4, 2005 - Stella Artois Grass Court Championship - Queen's Club - London - Singles Qualifying - Jeff is seeded #1 in the Qualifying. Jeff won his first two matches today in straight sets against Glen Weiner (USA) and Andrew Banks (GBR). Jeff will face Alan Mackin (GBR) in the Qualifying Round tomorrow.

May 23, 2005 - French Open - Paris - Singles First Round - Tomas Berdych (CZE) def. Jeff Morrison 6-3, 6-2, 6-4. Jeff will next play for the Surbiton Trophy in London beginning next Monday.

May 20, 2005 - ARAG World Team Championship - Dusseldorf, Germany - Unfortunately, the USA Team went 0-3 against Germany, Spain and Sweden this week. Jeff also went 0-3, but it was a great experience, and great preparation for the French Open which begins Monday. Also, Jeff was honored to be one of the nominees for the Fair Play Trophy, a sportsmanship award nominated and elected by the players. Sweden's Jonas Bjorkmann was the recipient. Jeff will be on his way to Paris tomorrow.

May 15, 2005 - ARAG World Team Championship - Dusseldorf, Germany - USA was defeated by Germany 2-1. Jeff lost his match to Nicolas Keifer by a score of 6-2, 6-2. Haas def. Spadea in straight sets, while the Bryans def. Haas-Waske in 3-sets. The USA team will take on the Sweden-Spain winner on Wednesday.

May 14, 2005 - ARAG World Team Championship - Dusseldorf, Germany - The USA Team is seeded 5th, and will play 2nd seeded Germany in the first round of the 3-match Round Robin round of the Blue Group. Jeff will play Nicolas Kiefer in the 12:00 Noon match on Sunday.

May 13, 2005 - Jeff has been named as a late addition to the USA Team entered into the ARAG World Team Championship in Dusseldorf, Germany which begins on Sunday, May 15th. Jeff has joined teammates Vince Spadea and the Bryan brothers in Dusseldorf for this unique event. Check here for the latest schedule and results.

May 9, 2005 - Jeff has decided to withdraw from the Forest Hills, NY Challenger, and prepare in Tampa for his trip to Paris and London. He is healthy and looking forward to his trip.

January 13, 2005 - Finally, here is an update on Jeff. After completing his 2004 season Jeff took a few weeks off. Upon returning to his training in early December Jeff, unfortunately, injured his lower back again. He has received excellent physical therapy, and advice on changing his training regimen to reduce the possibility of this happening again. He is feeling great at this point, and has begun training again in Tampa. I'm sorry to report that he has withdrawn from the Australian Open (he was directly in this year), and will resume play at the International Tennis Championships in Delray Beach, FL. Jeff and Scott Humphries will play their first round of doubles against the 3rd Seeded team of Jordan Kerr (AUS) - Jim Thomas (USA) on Wednesday, July 7, 2004. Jeff's next singles match will be on Thursday against an opponent yet to be determined.

Jeff will play Mario Ancic (CRO) in the first round of singles on Tuesday, June 8, 2004. Due to a tournament official's mistake, Jeff and Todd will not be playing doubles this week as planned.

June 5, 2004 - Stella Artois Championship - The Queen's Club - London - Qualifyiiiiing - Jeff won his first two rounds of qualifying by defeating A. Qureshi (PAK) 6-4, 6-3 in the first round, and by defeating Lee Childs (GBR) 6-1, 6-3. Jeff will face 19 year-old Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (FRA) in the qualifying round on Sunday, June 6, 2004 at 10:00 AM London Time. Tsonga was the 2003 Jr. U.S. Open Singles Champion. Jeff will be playing doubles this week with Todd Martin.

June 4, 2004 - Surbiton Trophy - Surbiton, England - Doubles Semifinal Round - Weiner (USA)-Falla(COL) def. Morrison-Humphries 6-3, 3-6, 7-5. Jeff will be in action in the Queen's Club Qualifier tomorrow in singles.

In the first round of doubles, Jeff Morrison - Scott Humphries def. 4th Seed DeVoest-MMooodie 6-2, 6-3. Morrison-Humphries will play Kenneth Carlsen (DEN) - Ivo Karlovic (CRO) in the Quarterfinals on Friday.
