Jeff is playing doubles this week with Scott Humphries (USA). Jeff and Scott have drawn the 4th Seeded South African team of Rik DeVoest and Wesley Moodie. This match will be played Wednesday at the earliest.

May 10, 2004 - Forest Hills Clay Court Classic - Singles First Round - Dusan Vemic (SCG) def. #2 Seed Jeff Morrison 6-7 (3), 6-4, 7-6 (4).

May 3, 2004 - The Atlanta Challenger has been canceled by the ATP and the USTA due to contractual problems with the sponsors.  Jeff will be training this week at The Greenbrier with fellow American Paul Goldstein in preparation for Forest Hills and the French Open.

April 25, 2004 - Abierto Club Casablanca Championship - Mexico City, Mexico - Singles Championship Round - Jeff Morrison def. #3 Seed Yen-Hsun Lu (TPE) 3-6, 7-6 (2), 6-2 to capture his fifth career singles title.  Jeff felt the presence and support all week of his former coach, the late Rudy Vargas.  Mexico City was Rudy's birthplace, and it was always Rudy's hope that Jeff could play there someday.  Thanks again, Rudy!

April 24, 2004 - Abierto Club Casablanca Championship - Mexico City, Mexico - Singles Semifinal Round - Jeff Morrison def. #1 Seed Gilles Elseneer (BEL) 6-3, 7-6 (5).  Jeff will play #3 Seed Yen-Hsun Lu (TPE) in the finals on Sunday.

April 23, 2004 - Abierto Club Casablanca Championship - Mexico City, Mexico - Singles Quarterfinal Round - Jeff Morrison def. Glenn Weiner (USA) 6-4, 6-3.  Jeff will play in the Semifinals on Saturday.  His opponent and time of match are yet to be determined.
 
April 21, 2004 - Abierto Club Casablanca Championship - Mexico City, Mexico - Singles Second Round - Jeff Morrison def.  Ivan Miranda (PER) 6-2, 6-3.  Jeff will play Glenn Weiner (USA) in the Quarterfinals on Friday, time TBA.

April 20, 2004 - Abierto Club Casablanca Championship - Mexico City, Mexico - Singles First Round - Jeff Morrison deefff. Romanian Razvan Sabau 6-2, 4-6, 7-6 (1). Jeff's doubles partner withdrew from doubles after his loss in singles, so Jeff will not be playing doubles this week. Jeff will play Ivan Miranda (PER) in the second round on Wednesday, April 21, 2204 in the second match after 11:00 AM CSDT.

April 13, 2004 - USA Men's Claycourt Championships - Houston, TX - Doubles First Round -  3rd Seed Rick Leach - Brian McPhiee def. Jeff Morrison - Thomas Blake 6-4, 6-4.  Jeff will next be in action in Mexico City, Mexico at the Abierto Club Casablanca Championships beginning on Monday, April 19, 2004.

April 12, 2004 - USA Men's Claycourt Championships - Houston, TX - Qualifying First Rounnndd - Stephane Robert (FRA) def. Jeff Morrison 6-1, 6-3.  Jeff is playing doubles this week with Thomas Blake.  Their first round match is against 3rd Seed Rick Leach - Brian McPhie, and is yet to be scheduled.

April 8, 2004 - River Oaks International Tennis Tournament - Houston, TX - Doubles - First Round - Acasuso-Horna def. Jeff Morrison - Robbie Ginepri 3-6, 6-3, 7-5.

April 7, 2004 - River Oaks International Tennis Tournament - Houston, TX - Singles - First Round - Brian Baker (USA) def. Jeff Morrison 6-4, 2-6, 6-2.  Jeff is playing doubles this week with Robbie Ginepri and they will play their first round probably on Friday.

March 7, 2004 - Jeff's back rehab and on-court training is progressing very well in Tampa, however he has decided to withdraw from the Pacific Life Open in Indian Wells.  Jeff plans to begin playing again at the Pro Tennis World Open in Boca Raton, FL beginning March 15, 2004.
February 29, 2004 - Jeff has decided to not play in the Arizona Men's ATP Championship this week.  His back has completely healed, however Jeff felt he was not prepared to play at Scottsdale.  He hopes to be in action at Indian Wells.  Jeff thanks you for your messages and encouragement.


February 13, 2004 - Jeff has withdrawn from the Kroger St.... Jude International due to having not fully recovered from his back injury sustained in Dallas.  He will next be in action (God willing!) in Scottsdale, AZ at the Arizona Men's ATP Championships (begins March 1, 2004), followed by the Masters' Series Event at Indian Wells (begins March 8, 2004).  Jeff will spend a few days in Huntington next week, and return to Tampa for continued training on Thursday, February 19, 2004.

February 4, 2004 - USTA Men's Challenger of Dallas - Singles Second Round - Amer Delic def. Jeff Morrison in 3 sets.  Jeff injured his back in the first set, and will not be playing in the Seibel Open next week in San Jose.  Jeff hopes to be back in action in Memphis for the Kroger St. Jude International which begins February 16, 2004.

February 4, 2004 - USTA Men's Challenger of Dalllas - Singlles First Round - Jeff Morrison def. Yeu-Tzuo Wang (TPE) 7-6(4), 7-6(3).  Jeff will now play American Amer Delic in the second round on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at 2:30 PM Dallas time.  Jeff is not playing doubles this week.

January 22, 2004 - Australian Open - Melbourne, Australia - Singles Second Round - Roger Federer def. Jeff Morrison 6-2, 6-3, 6-4.  Jeff will now travel to Hawaii for the Waikoloa Challenger which will begin on Monday, January 26, 2004.  Jeff had a 6-2 record in Australia.  He won 50 ATP Points for his qualifying and first round win at the Australian Open.   His ranking should improve to approximately 130.

January 21, 2004 - Australian Open - Melbourne, Australia - Singles Second Round - Jeff will play 2nd Seed Roger Federer in the 3rd match after 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 22, 2004 (Melbourne time).  This will be approximately 10:00 PM, Wednesday, January 21, 2004 EDT.
