Teaming
From the beginning, we worked as a team. First off, we divided up research. We would all break up and dig up all we could of voice recognition and biometrics in general. Next time we meet, we would distribute our findings to the group and from then we would each read up and learn as much as we could about voice recognition. In the later stages, when it came time to start building the website, some students would help type up the work while the others would work on programming the webpage. Then, the next day, we would switch, that way each student had a chance to do everything.
Communications
Af first, the ream met about two or three times per school week. That was mostly during the research phase of the project. We'd assign the research and then the next time we met, we'd show what we've found. As the project progressed, we'd met together more and more often. At last, we began meeting daily and staying in at lunch and after school to work on the project. Communication with our Advisor was sparse at first, but as we researched, we had questions and opinions to ask of him. We communicate with him about 4-5 times a week or as needed.
