This Site Gathers/Tracks NOTHING
The Mortgage Approvals Web site does NOT log information when a visitor accesses our site.
You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during
your visit. However, we hope that all of our visitors will eventually apply online with us so that we may assist them with all their mortgage lending needs. Our Pre-Qualification Form asks users for standard information required to fill out any home loan application. This information includes the Client's name, phone number, e-mail address, and current residence. We also ask for employment information, such as pre-tax monthly income. In addition to a Clients income, we ask about debts they owe, such as current rent or mortgage payment, and credit card debt. Finally, we ask for the user's Social Security Number.
Mortgage Approvals Pre-Qualification Form
For visitors who fill out a Pre-Qualification Form with Mortgage Approvals, the information you provide will be used to determine your eligibility for hundreds of mortgage programs that we offer. The Social Security Number will be used to obtain a copy of your credit report which is needed to know your monthly debts in order to determine the mortgage amount for which you qualify which is part of the qualification formula.
We do NOT provide any information about you to any third party unless they are directly related to the
loan application process, such as the credit bureau, the Appraiser and the Title Company (if you so choose to have us order title).
