Tim Steele won at his 1st race back at Pocono, and then repeated that win at the 2nd race at Pocono this season!!!
Kenny Irwin won the 1st ARCA race this year at Daytona, with Mike Wallace a close 2nd!!!!!!!
I would like to congradulate Tim Steele (#16) in winning the '97 ARCA championship and I hope he recovers from his injuries from Atlanta soon!!!!!

Harris DeVane (#33) won the final race of the season in Atlanta.
In the year 1999 ARCA will introduce its own truck series. There may be a few exhibition races of the ARCA trucks in '98. They're 1st race will July 4th.
