Repaired engine hatch lid
New windshield wiper arms and blades
"Tune-up" Stuff - [changed oil, adjusted valves, new plugs, adjusted timing, new rotor cap, points and condenser]
Stripped out Westy Interior
Prep for body work - [removed glass, lights, exterior trim, seals, removed pop-top and luggage rack, prepped rust areas.
Body work finished!
Painted two tone: green and white.
Put windows and new seals back in.
Fixed rear brake lights.
Put pop-top back on, and a new seal.
Put front seats and seat belts back in.
Installed new gear shift kit from RMMW..works great!
Fixed license plate light.
'Rebuilt' Solex 34-Pict 3 Carb.
4 New Tires- Kumho 185/70/14 8-ply. Rides nice!
Replaced Headers with stock muffler.
Made new interior panels out of paneling and installed.
Replaced generator with alternator conversion kit.
New igntition switch and starter.
Installed JBL 5 1/4" speakers in kick panels and an Alpine in-dash CD-player. Nice to have a radio again!
Put in an instrument panel from a donor bus. I now have dash lights. WOO HOO!
Installed Pertronix Electronic Ignition.
Replaced dash vent.
Had custom cabinets built. Bench seat done.
Closet, sink, and jumpseat done.
Made curtains and put them up.
Installed finished closet.
Put hubcaps on.
Interior goodies I got for Xmas: New sun visors, a shifter knob, seat belt hooks and a nice console.
