On the following pages, you will find pictures, and descriptions of the history of my truck.
I took delivery of my truck in April of 1988 after special ordering it, and it arrived the wrong color. It was supposed to be blue, with white on the bottom, but I was soon glad they screwed it up, because I like this better.
In June of 1988, I drove the truck from Florida, back to my home state of Iowa, to get married. After the wedding, we loaded up the truck to move more of my stuff, and my wife's things back to Florida. I remember looking at the truck and saying to her, "You know, I wanted to lower it, but this isn't exactly what I had in mind". Only a month before, I went to my very first mini truck show at Water Mania in Kissimmee, FL, and I was hooked.
In September of 1988, I bought a Quickor Suspensions lowering kit, which was followed by a Quickor Ground Effects kit. Then, in May I ordered a set of Sendel Saw Blade (Type 26) wheels, and had them put on the night before the 1989 Water Mania show.
