<bgsound src="/MotorCity/Speedway/8719/midis/armedfor.mid"autostart="true">    I was born 3 months before Pearl Harbor...my DAD served during World War II. as did his brothers and many other relatives. My husband is a Veteran of the Viet Nam War and I was a Military wife for over 20 years. We knew those who "Gave Their All!"...this page is just a little something to say that "I Remember and Will NOT FORGET"....

Now that I have got you this far...Have you ever 'really' just let your mind wonder & really think about any & just everything? They say we don't use but a small portion of our brain! I know I am as quilty as the next...How many times do we just speak without even thinking...How many times do we think and not even speak our thoughts??

        Only In America!

WHY do our homeless war Veterans sleep
in cardboard boxes, while our criminal
convicts receive free medical and dental
care, wholesome food and shelter, modern
excercise equipment, free use of a well
equipped law library, and have the right
to sue the government from in prison? And
Why does our government spend billions
of tax dollars on politics and foreign aid
        while denying valid medical complaints
        of ITS' VETERANS..

        National Coalition For Homeless Veterans

"About 1/3 of the adult homeless population has served their country in the Armed Services". "On any given night, as many as 250,000 veterans are living on the streets or in shelters, & perhaps twice as many experience homelessness over the course of a year"........1998
