It takes a bit of quick decision making to work out just where to
drive at times.
Do
you follow the dotted line , or the solid one , basicly you do what everyone
else does , which varies from time to time. If you get where you are going
without an accident , you did the right thing.
The lines are marked as this so the trafic police can book enough people to keep up theyre monthly quota of trafic infringements , and the local councilor who owns the panel shop gets enough work.
Its not corruption , its actively creating jobs. ( and making sure the
local politicians look after their own interests. )
This is where
it realy can become 'crunch time' , as trafic decides which lines to follow
, who is going to force right of way, etc etc. It does make life intersting.
