There is far more to Australia than just the madness of Town. ( You should see the cities ! )
We have the peacefulness
of the villages specked between the towns.
With the record high unemployment ( it reaches new highs under each successive government ) we have no rush hour at all out here. The locals get up and sit on their verandahs ( Americans read porch ) and watch the few with jobs leaving for work. They are usualy still sitting there when they come home from work too. with this sort of scenery , you could understand why.
