-Making bows 
Making bows is a slow but simple process. Step 1 is to acquire some wood. At lvl 5 you can make normal short bows. So chop some wood and use a knife on it, to get the option to make either arrow shaft, short bow or long bow. Choose what one you want to make. If you choose to make a bow then you will need to complete the bow by adding a bow string to it. To make bow strings you need crafting lvl 10 and a flax plant. Then go to a spinning wheel and use flax on spinning wheel, then you will get a bow string to add to your bow.  

-Making arrows 
To make arrows you need to get some logs by chopping down an ordinary tree. Then use a knife with logs to get 10 arrow shafts. Acquire a feather buy killing a chicken or buying it from the fishing store, then use the feather with the arrow shafts. Make or buy some arrow heads (to make arrow heads, use a bar of bronze or other metal (not including gold and silver) on an anvil) and add your arrow heads to the arrow shafts.
