Use this sauce with icecream and pies.
~ Ingredients ~
Shred lemon skin and put with lemon juice and water in a saucepan. Put over medium heat and bring to boil over
medium heat. Remove from heat. Dilute corn starch in some cold water then add to boiling lemon solution and beat well.
Return to heat and bring to boil again, stirring all the time. Remove from heat, add sugar,
mix and serve warm.
Juice and skin of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp corn starch diluted in some cold water
Yields 1 cup.
