~ Salset Thome Bel Zeit ~

This sauce is extremely easy. You can use it with anything.
~ Ingredients ~
In a food prcessor, put garlic cloves and sliced chili pepper to chop. Don't mash them, just finely shred.
2 garlic heads peeled
Corn or Olive Oil
1 hot chili pepper
Put in a clean jar and cover with corn or olive oil. Close tightly. Use after 6 hours.
