Rest hours of non-watchkeepers

As per ILO convention, regulation 180.

Max working hours 14 Hrs in every 24 Hrs. 72 Hrs in any 7 days period.

Minimum rest hours: 10 Hrs in any 24 Hrs period. 77 Hrs in any 7 days period.

	Rest hours may be divided into not more than 2 parts.
	One of the parts to be at least 6h period.
	Interval between two parts shall not be more than 14 Hrs.
