| As the Internet becomes more and more useful as a tool for education, new ideas arise for educators to facilitate student learning. One such tool is the WebQuest . WebQuests are a revolutionary new concept that enhance student learning. They are defined as "inquiry oriented activities in which some or all of the information that learners interact with, comes from resources on the Internet." WebQuests provide students with outstanding opportunities to engage in exciting and enjoyable activities that empower the student and enhance critical thinking, problem solving, and additional higher order cognitive skills. All teachers are working hard to implement these innovations at St. Josephs. |
