In China they eat... of course Chinese food. But the Chinese food in America is a little more tame, it's been Americanized.

The food in China is really good. They have what you would expect like rice and noodles and soups and vegetables. But they also eat all kinds of stuff we don't eat in America. One meal, I ate the kidneys, lungs, liver, and feet of a sheep. I ate eels and sea slugs. I ate a whole lot of duck. They have chicken and beef and pork, but in China, they eat everything of the animal. I even tried the duck's feet and its head.
