Trucks and busses bring lots of things and people to different places along the roadways, and tourists and wealthy Nepali people can take an airplane, but all the other traffic in Nepal is foot traffic. People also use donkeys to carry large loads up into the mountains. There are a few bikes, but most people just walk.
