OK, it's here! Not to imply that it's finished. What's here works, but I'll be tacking on stuff and fiddling with things for some time yet. You can use these links to toggle between the frames version and the no frames version. Navigation should be pretty simple whichever way you choose, and I've tried to keep the site low on graphics for the benefit of people on slower connections.
