Queensland and Fraser Island
FRASER ISLAND AT LAST

After driving about 1300kms from Sydney, we finally made it to FRASER ISLAND!!! There's a barge/ferry that actually takes us and the cars onto the island, and from there (the southernmost tip of the island) we travelled for an hour along the east coast of the island until we reached Eurong, where we stayed for 3 nights.

Those last 2 photos are where Paul and Stephen and I got slowed down by some really soft sand. The video camera wasn't working while we were up there, otherwise I'd have mpg videos to show on here of us going up that hill.

This is the famous Maheno shipwreck. It was wrecked about 25 or 30 years ago and has just rusted away since. 3 Suzuki's, a shipwreck, and a sunny day made a nice photo, I thought
