Assalamu'alaikum |
When a feeling of sadness blankets your mind,
Seek protection in Allah's prayers and you shall find,
A path, an angel to guide you through,
Your day of uncertainity, A day so untrue.
When a person speaks of revenge and jealousy,
Cradle yourself in the pages of the Quran,
Recite the verses and you shall find,
A new light in which you perceive the world,
Your ears will find a tranquil place,
As you hear your voice praise Allah's names.
When you are a beginner and learning the faith,
At times you may grow dismal understanding life’s ways.
But be not confused, For you will learn
Allah does what’s best in return.
When you experience success,
Don’t forget who has given it to you.
Always remember Allah in whatever you do,
For praying to Allah in return,
Will grant you success in times to come.
When you feel betrayal from the world,
As though no one cares or loves you enough,
Dont cry, or drift away from Him.
He leaves His arms open,
As a mother to her kids.
And you shall return unto Him.
This life is a test from Allah, to see how well you shall do.
When your opposers are disbelievers of this faith, so great so true.
So dont give into the hardships you'll experience in time,
And dont give into the mistakes, which can conquer our minds...
This world is a difficult journey,
An obstacle to overcome,
Especially in the place we live in,
Not everyday is bright and fun.
Remember Allah in all that you do,
For He is the only one, so great, so true.

Satan's Meeting |
(Read even if you're busy)
Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said,
"We can't keep Muslims from going to Mosque."
"We can't keep them from reading their Quran and knowing the truth."
"We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their Allah and his messenger Muhammad."
"Once they gain that connection with Allah, our power over them is broken."
"So let them go to their Mosques; let them have their covered dish dinners, BUT steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with Allah and his messnger Muhammad."
"This is what I want you to do," said the devil:
"Distract them from gaining hold of their Allah and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!"
"How shall we do this?" his demons shouted.
"Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered.
"Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow."
"Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles."
"Keep them from spending time with their children."
"As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!"
"Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice."
"Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive." "To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays music constantly."
"This will jam their minds and break that union with Allah and his messenger Muhammad."
"Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers."
"Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day."
"Invade their driving moments with billboards."
"Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogs, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes."
"Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives. "
"Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night."
Give them headaches too!
"If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere."
"That will fragment their families quickly!"
"Give them story books to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Salat."
"Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on Allah's creation. Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead. "Keep them busy, busy, busy!"
"And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences."
"Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Allah."
"Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause."
"It will work!" "It will work!"
It was quite a plan!
The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Muslims everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there.
Having little time for their Allah or their families.
Having no time to tell others about the power of Allah and his messenger Muhammad to change lives.
I guess the question is, has the devil been successful in his schemes?
You be the judge!!!!!

Hijab |
“Why do Muslim women have to cover their heads?”
This question is asked by Muslim and non-Muslim alike. For many women it is the truest test of being a muslim.
The answer to the question is very simple-Muslim women observe HIJAB (covering the head and the body) because Allah has told them to do so.
“O Prophet, tell your wives and daughters and the believing women to draw their outer garments around them (when they go out or are among men). That is better in order that they may be known (to be Muslims) and not annoyed.”
Other secondary reasons include the requirement for modesty in both men and women. Both then will be evaluated for intelligence and skills instead of looks and sexuality.
An Iranian school girl is quoted as saying, “We want to stop men from treating us like sex objects, as they always have always done. We want them to ignore our appearance and to be attentive to our personalities and mind. We want them to take us seriously and treat us as equals and not just chase us around for our bodies and physical looks.”
A Muslim woman who covers her head is making a statement about her identity. Anyone who sees her will know that she is a Muslim and has a good moral character. Many Muslim women who cover are filled with dignity and self asteem; men would not think of them in sexual terms since they were the “Mothers of the believers,” but this requirement was not extended to other women.
The word “hijab” comes from Arabic word “hajaba” meaning to hide from view or conceal. In the present time, the context of hijab is the modest covering of a muslim woman.
The question now is what is the extent of the covering?
The Qur’an says: “Say to the believing man that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that will make for greater purity for them; and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do. And say to the believing women that they should lower their modesty; and that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what must ordinarily appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands..”
These verses from the qur’an contain two main injunctions:
- A woman should not show her beauty or adornments except what appears by uncontrolled factors such as the wind blowing her clothes, and
- The head covers should be drawn so as to cover the hair, the neck and the bosom
Islam has no fixed standard as the style of dress or type of clothing that Muslims must wear. However, some requirements must be met. The first of these requirements is the part of the body which must be covered. Islam has two sources for guidance and rulings: first, the Qur’an, the revealed word of Allah and secondly, the Hadith or the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) who has chosen by Allah to be the role model for mankind. The following is a Tradition of the Prophet:
“Ayesha (R) reported that Asmaa the daughter of Abu Bakr (R) came to the Messenger of Allah while wearing thin clothing. He approached her and said:”O Asmaa! When a girl reaches the menstrual age, it is not proper that anything should remain exposed except this and this. He appointed to face and hands.”(Abu Dawood)
The second requirement is looseness. The clothing must be loose enough so as not to describe the shape of the woman’s body. One desirable way to hide the shape of the body is to wear cloak over other clothes. However, if the clothing is loose enough, an outer garment is not necessary. Thickness is the third requirement. The clothing must be thick enough so as not to show the color of the skin it covers or the shape of the body. The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) stated that in later generations of his ummah there would be “women would be dressed but naked and on top of their heads (what looks like) camel humps. Curse them for they are truly cursed.” Another requirement is an over all dignified appearance.
The clothing should not attract men’s attention to the woman. It should not be shiny and flashy so that everyone notices the dress and the woman. In addition there are other requirements: Women must not dress so as to appear as men.
“Ibn Abbas narrated:”The Prophet (s.a.w) cursed the men who appear like women and the women who appear like men.”(Bukhari)
Women should not dress in a way similar to the unbelievers. The clothing should be modest, not excessively fancy and also not excessively ragged to gain others’ admiration or sympathy.
Often forgotten is the fact that modern western dress is a new invention. Looking at the clothing of women as recently as seventy years ago, we see clothing similar to hijab. These active and hard-working women of the West were not inhibited by their clothing which consisted of long, full dresses and various types of head covering. Muslim women who wear hijab do not find it impractical or interfering with their activities in all levels and walks of life. Hijab is not merely a covering dress but more importantly, it is behavior, manners, speech and appearance in public. Dress is only one facet of the total being. The basic requirement of the Muslim woman’s dress apply to the Muslim man’s clothing with the difference being mainly in degree. Modesty requires that area between the navel and the knee be covered in front of all people except the wife. The clothing of men should not be like the dress of women, nor should it be tight or provocative. A Muslim should dress to show his identity as a Muslim. Men are not allowed for women.
For both men and women, clothing requirements are not meant to be a restriction but rather a way in which society will function in a proper Islamic manner.

The Existence of Sun's Orbit |
Ancient people use to believe around the Ancient people use to believe around the earth . Later, Nicolas Copernicus in1512, laid his Heliocentric Theory of Planetary motion, which placed the sun motionless in the center of the solar system with all the planets revolving around it .Modern science tell us now that the sun too is not still , but is in motion
The sun travelling at roughly 150 miles per second takes about 200 million years to complete one revolution around the center of our Milky Way Galaxy and 25 days to make one complete rotation around its own axis. See how beautifully and accurately God revealed this phenomenon in the Quran.
It is He who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, all (celestial bodies) swim along , each in its orbit with its own motion. The Noble Quran, 21:33

The Fly File |
If there is a fly dropped into your drinks , just drown it and drink . One of its two wings carries poison and cure with the other one Indeed you will receive goodness
(Sayying of the prophet P.B.U.H)
Quite surprise , don't you? instead of drink it, you have rather thrown your drink , clean the glass or the container and then take the new one definitely. Every single creation of God has its own exclusiveness, and beneficial to mankind. As well as fly, despite the disease it causes, there is some good side of it.
Undeniably, among the flies are some of our worst enemies. Some species destroy crops; they live as parasites under the skin of animals, causing myiasis or infestation with fly maggots; and they carry such diseases as typhoid, anthrax, cholera and dysentery. Mosquitoes carry malaria, dengue fever, encephalitis, and elephantiasis.
However most species are harmless to humans and play an important role in the balance of nature. They carry pollen to plants; they are important link in the food web; and they hasten the decomposition of animal carcasses, manure, and vegetable matter. In addition, they consume a great many other insects. About 5000species of tachina flies prey on other insects, and are sometimes used as biological control agents in controlling injurious species. Flies are important food source for many animals such as frogs and toads, lizards and birds.
