Shipping & Handling
All orders are packaged with care to avoid
damages. Should you receive any damaged products, please notify us
within 48 hours and we will make arrangements to replace the damaged
goods. Your order will be shipped to you via UPS ground or USPS
Priority. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Please provide a complete
street address as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

How do I return an item?
1. Pack your merchandise in the original
shipping box or a sturdy cardboard carton that will prevent the
item(s) from being damaged. 2. Include the original invoice.
3. Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice. 4.

Post for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot be
responsible for lost or misdirected returns. 6. Check your
email. We will notify you via email once your return has been
processed. 7. Refunds are issued against the same credit card
number used to pay for the item(s). If an item was paid by
check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to your
address.
How do I exchange an item?
Please call our Customer
Service Department at 603-437-5746 to arrange for an exchange.
Process your return as indicated above and place an exchange order
on hold in your name. Once we receive your package, we will
apply the credit from your return to this exchange and ship out the
new item(s).
*This guarantee is void if item(s) is used, or damaged. You will be charged for shipping if you return items
that had free shipping.
