There are moments in time that have a special significance for every individual – those people, places and events that remain forever as part of our memories, undimmed by time. In a lifetime, there are only a few of these. August 16 1977 was one when the entire world took a deep breath and let the tears flow freely. It defined a generation, ended an era and enshrined forever the legend and life that was Elvis Presley.
