US lifts sanctions against Galway nightclub |

The US this week delighted American citizens in Galway by finally lifting sanctions
against a Galway nightclub. The sanctions had been imposed last year after a clerical
error caused by the onset of myopia in Sandy Goldberg a typist with the US Foreign
Office.
Managers of Cuba nightclub were reportedly 'very pleased' with the decision as it has heralded a sharp rise in attendance at their club among American students. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice apologised for the error and stated that the American government had nothing against Cuba nightclub. Sanctions against Central Park Nightclub will not be lifted however. "We just fucking hate that place," said Rice. |
