Warranty Information:

The original manufacturer warrants new products that we sell. Their warranty will apply. The warranty is one year. Some other components have longer warranties but after the one-year period, it's the customer's responsibility to exchange the defective component. This usually applies to monitors, hard drives and retail CPU's which have a 3-year manufacturer extended warranty.

You must return the product with all the original packaging and hardware to us for service. All warranty is customer carry-in.

We do not have a refund policy, unless the product is defective and cannot be replaced with something comparable.

If a mechanical failure is under warranty we are responsible to return the unit to the condition it was purchased in only. Additional software upgrades handled by the end user is their responsibility. It is always wise to check with the software manufacturer to see if there are patches or fixes available.

We strongly recommend that you back up any software at all times. You would be amazed how important your data becomes when it's unrecoverable.

Virus software should be used and it should be a name brand. Virus removal is not under warranty.

Experience has shown that you should not modify the machine with software or hardware upgrades until you have used and understand the equipment you have purchased.
