        Yield: 4 servings

        500 g Flour
        6 Eggs
        100 g Butter
        1/2 cup salted Water
        Mix the flour with the eggs, wet with the salted water. Press through a sieve directly over a pot with boiling water. When the wassertriwela float, remove them with a slotted spoon and immerse in cold water, drain. Before serving, heat them slowly with the butter.
