THREE DAY DIET

BREAKFAST-DAY 1

1/2 grapefruit or pink grapefruit juice

1 slice toast

2 TBLSP Peanut Butter

Black coffee or Tea

LUNCH-DAY 1

1/2 cup Tuna or Broiled skinless chicken

1 slice toast

Black coffee or Tea

DINNER-DAY 1

2 slices meat(3oz.) or small broiled steak

1 cup string beans

1 cup beets

1 small apple

1 cup vanilla ice cream

BREAKFAST-DAY 2

1 egg

1 slice toast

1/2 bannana

Black coffee or Tea

LUNCH-DAY2

5 saltine crackers

1 cup cottage cheese or yougurt

DINNER-DAY 2

2 Hotdogs(weiners)

1 cup broccoli

1/2 cup carrots

1 bannana

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

BREAKFAST-DAY 3

1 Hard boiled egg

1 slice toast

LUNCH-DAY 3

5 saltine crackers

1 slice chedder cheese

1 small apple

DINNER-DAY 3

1 cup tuna or chicken

1 cup beets

1 cup cantalope

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

You can substitute peas or carrots for beets

This diet is used at the Baptist Hospital Weight Reduction Clinic in Winston-Salem NC. This diet works on the chemical breakdown and is proven. Do not vary or substi tute any of the foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. Where no quanity is given, use common sense. This diet is to be used 3 days at a time.

IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 10 POUNDS. AFTER YOUR 4 DAYS OF NORMAL DIET, START BACK ON YOUR 3 DAYS. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 40 POUNDS IN A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO THIS DIET. IT IS A SAFE DIET.

REMEMBER: DO NOT EAT IN BETWEEN MEALS!!!
