***Concerts**** Louise will perform at The Ohio Theatre in Columbus, Ohio on January 22 & January 23, 1999! The shows will begin at 8pm. Tickets will go on sale in October 1998. Louise has a new CD coming out! All you Louise fans will be happy to know that a new CD, "Louise Mandrell Anthology" will be released in August on the Renaissance label (BMG). BTW, these are the same people who released the Sylvia Anthology in December which was a very fine collection.

2/10/98 A Speedy Recovery to Louise According to Feb 10th issue of Country Weekly, Louise is recovering from surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. She apparently is in physical rehab now and doing fine.

Louise Mandrell has surprised us again with another talent. She is a writer, and a very good one too. She penned a book about her family back in 1983 that gave us a closer view of what made the Mandrells tick.
Recently she has unleashed a series of children's books. The Holiday Adventure Series, is co written with Ace Collins and explains America's most important holidays.
