The only suit having as a result a final judgementwas the judiciar order of interrupting works. This judiciar order is the one stated in Odorheiu Secuiesc, which was confirmed also by the law court from Miercurea Ciuc, but cancelled by the regional Court of Appeal from Targu Mures. |

In the course of events during December 8-9 the decision of the Court of Appeal was put into effect, not resulting to put the Greek Catholic order of nuns into possession, but they removed the seals put by the tribunal. |
