Clash Frontman Joe Strummer Dies
Joe Strummer, former lead singer for The Clash, died at the weekend from an apparent heart attack. He was 50. His death comes just three months before The Clash were to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Our deepest condolences go out to his family.

Billy Corgan returns
Billy Corgan, former frontman for The Smashing Pumpkins has announced that his new band 'Zwan', will release their debut album on the 28th January. This announcement came less than a month after signing a deal with Reprise, the Band consists of: Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, Matt Sweeney, Paz Lenchantin and David Pajo. There is an audio file on their official website. Its not exactly Pumpkins, but I guess you cant have everything.
