Bread Jamun

        • Brown corners of the bread
        • Sugar Syrup
        • Oil
        • Water

        Sugar Syrup: Mix sugar & water(1:1). Heat until it becomes a thick liquid.

        Take the brown corners of the bread and make it into a smooth dough with enough water. Make small balls from the dough. Heat oil in a deep curved pan & fry few bread balls at a time in medium flame till crisp & brown. Then put this fried ones in the sugar syrup. Serve after it absorbs the sugar syrup.
