Green Chutney

        • Mint leaves- 2 cups
        • Coriander leaves (cilantro)- 1 cup
        • Green chilies- 5
        • Tamarind- little
        • Grated coconut- 1 tablespoon
        • Bengal gram- 1 tablespoon
        • Salt

        Heat little oil and add bengal gram, then add green chilies, mint & coriander leaves and fry for few minutes. Add grated coconut at last and remove from fire. Add tamarind & salt and grind this to a smooth paste.
