Green Chutney for Pani puri

        • Tamarind- lemon sized ball
        • Black salt powder (kala namak)- 1/2 tsp
        • Coriander chutney- 1 tsp
        • Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
        • Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
        • Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
        • Salt
        • Lime juice- 2 tsps

        Soak tamarind in water and strain. Add all the other ingredients to it. Mix well. Just before serving add lime juice.
